Theresa Marie Horstman was born on December 31, 1959 in Richland. She passed away on May 2, 2025 after battling Multiple Myeloma for over ten years.

She was raised in Richland, where she attended Christ the King School and graduated in 1978 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Theresa was also a member of Christ the King Church in Richland.

She leaves behind two children and three grandchildren.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Glenn Hortsman.

No services were held per her request.
