TERRY WILLIAM LINDBLOM ~ Class of 1965
September 20, 1947 - August 29, 2025



Terry William Lindblom, 77, left his earthly home August 29, 2025, from Parkinson’s Disease. He was born September 20, 1947, in Iron Mountain, Michigan to William and Gloria Lindblom. Living on his own since the age of 15, he lived in Richland, Washington, where he worked and graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1965. He attended CBC and apprenticed in various trade skills, forming a framing business in Colorado. He lived in various places including the Tri-Cities, Colorado, and Camano Island, Washington.

He transitioned from carpenter to real estate to land developer, forming Pacific Rim Land Development in Snohomish County with partner Norman Tubbson in 1992. He went from long-haired singer and drummer in his band “The Factory” to business suit professional over those years. He retired and returned to the Tri-Cities in 2013.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and by his son, Travis.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jacqueline Beth; and children: Michael (Gi), Jon (Jennifer), Jerrod (Alanna) Lindblom, and Jenny (Mel) Cairns. He leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons, his Aunt Mary Johnson, and numerous cousins.

In May of 1986 he married Jacqueline who introduced him to her church. He discovered something he had been searching for, answers to his questions. He was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in June 1986 and is a faithful disciple of our Lord and Savior, never doubting. He and Jackie were sealed for time and eternity in the Seattle Temple in 1987.

He loved his children (their families) and spending time with them. He loved music of all kinds and passed that down to his family. He felt happiness hiking mountain trails, fishing trips, and riding the rapids in the Grand Canyon. He seemed fearless in any challenge. His big smile and strong spirit touched the lives of many – calls came in over the years thanking him for his generosity and for the example he was to them. Through our life together, Terry never said a bad word about anyone – he lived his life with a warm, generous, giving and forgiving life.

He lived as best he could, he loved his children, his family, his life with Jackie, knowing that families can be together forever. He loved all his travels and adventures, family gatherings and found contentment, even in the smallest moments – like the ritual he and Jackie had of going into their backyard to look at the stars and find the moon in all its stages. He loved life and the wonders that it held in all its stages.

A graveside service was held at Sunset Gardens in Richland from 2-3 PM on Sunday, September 7, 2025.
