Michelle L. "Shelly" Hester, 78, of Kennewick died October 3, 2025 in Kennewick.

She was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a retired buyer for Hanford.

Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick is in charge of arrangements.

Shelly graduated from Richland's Columbia High School with the Class of 1965.

She had three siblings: Gunda ('54), Dwayne ('57) and Melvin "Doc" ('58).

She married Glenn Hester on November 8, 1986.

Shelly was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Marie Muller; her sister, Gunda Muller Rider ('54); and her brother, Dwayne Muller ('57).


A Celebration of Life will be an Open House from 1PM to 5PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Castle Catering located at 706 Williams Blvd. in Richland.
