Dale Nelson Price, (78), of Kennewick passed away on August 17, 2025. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 23, 1947, 1st child of Guy Russell Price and Elizabeth "Beth" Nelson Price.

He graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1965 and spent a year at the University of Oregon before serving a 2-year mission in Brazil for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Upon returning he began his course work in engineering at Oregon State University where he met the girl of his dreams (literally), Dee Ann Rader. They married September 16, 1970 in the Oakland, California Temple and spent 55 wonderful years together, serving in various Church callings, traveling and raising four children.

Upon graduation from OSU (June 1973) they moved to Aiken, South Carolina to work at the Savannah River Plant. Their four children were born in South Carolina: Ryan, Aaron, Jeremiah, and Amanda.

In 1992, Dale was transferred by Westinghouse to Richland, Washington. They have lived in Kennewick for 32 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Beth; a brother, Kent; and one grandchild.

He is survived by his wife, Dee Ann; sister, Kathy; brothers, Shawn and Gary; four children and 15 grandchildren.

Viewing was on from 5pm-8pm on August 24, 2025 at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick. Graveside services were at 11am on August 25, 2025 at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick.
