'65 in '25 ~ 60-Year Reunion

Welcome to the Class of 1965 ~ 60-Year Reunion Page.
Fellow Classmates, Honorary Members. Friends and Guests of the Richland (Columbia) High School Class of 1965 this is your invitation to join us in celebrating our milestone 60-year Class Reunion of our graduation from high school.
This party event for celebration of our 60-year reunion will be held on September 12/13/14, 2025 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) at various locations including the host hotel, Holiday Inn Richland on the River in Richland, WA (formerly the Hanford House, Red Lion, Desert Inn, etc).
We have a block of rooms on hold and have received a "special class reunion rate" for our group of $159 + taxes and tourism fees for 1 King or 2 Queens. Please call the hotel directly at (509) 946-7611 and request the RHS Class of '65 rate - (do not call the central reservation phone number as it will not have our group rate information). Other lodging options in Richland are available, as well - remember to request their senior rate! These include:

The preliminary agenda for our weekend events will include:
Friday Night Social:
Holiday Inn Richland on the River Courtyard area (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Meet and greet fellow classmates. Taco bar food with No Host cocktail bar for alcohol/beer/wine. This was really a great time during our 75th birthday party celebration!
Saturday Morning (9:00 AM - Noon):
Wash down your morning meds with spudnuts from the Spudnut Shop - coffee - juice - water - at the Paul Beardsley Gazebo Area of Jefferson Park, across the street from the Uptown Shopping area on George Washington Way and Symons. This gazebo is named for the father of our fellow classmate, Nancy Beardsley Lucke. Paul Beardsley was a community leader in the early days of the City of Richland!
Saturday Afternoon:
Free time to browse the ever-changing Tri-Cities area.
Saturday Evening Dinner:
Social at 6:00 PM and Dinner at 7:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Richland on the River Hotel. "Sit Down" plated service meal - choice of tri-tip beef, roast chicken, grilled salmon, or vegetarian with chosen starch, salad, beverage, and dessert. Brief program, open microphone for sharing stories from school days and music from the 50's and 60's - get up and dance if you dare!!
Sunday morning (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
Farewell departure (until our next get together event, yet to be determined). Party by the pool at JoAnne Bushnell Hoff's condo common area at 650 George Washington Way in Richland. Refreshments will include coffee, juice, water, and light snack items.
The cost for attending this celebration event is being subsidized considerably by our class treasury funds. The cost for your attendance is:
$100 per person for entire weekend - Friday - Saturday - Sunday
$50 per person - Friday Only
$50 per person - Saturday Only
We would appreciate hearing back from you as soon as possible (ASAP) as we need a count of attendees for the hotel!!!
